Room Availability Chooser

Query the room availability based on the period of stays, room requirements and number of persons for any period of time. It gives the user a breakdown of all the room type availability for the query period and the overall availability grand totals including number of booked rooms for guests and for maintenance.

Booking Tracking Chart

Display availability and bookings for a specified range of dates in a pictorial colored tape format. There is no limit to the range of dates specified but a sensible range is normally selected and accessible through the scroll bar.  Each booking detail is displayed in the tooltip and the user can add or edit booking within the chart.

Rate query and quotation

Provide user to quote on different rate plan easily all within one booking screen. By changing the room type, booking period, number of persons staying and rate plan, the user can easily provide  quotation for the guest before confirmation of a booking.

Integrated Booking and Key Management

Provide user the ability to reserve booking, check in guests and cut guest keys all within one booking screen. The key management of the guest room are part of the booking system if the key locking module is enabled.

Flexible transactions based folio system

Provide user the ability to post any sales and payments as transactions on the folio system. The folio system allows easy posting of transactions and flexible splitting of charges between any number of folios all within one screen.

Housekeeping Room Status

The housekeeping room status allows the housekeeper to check on the cleaning status of the room and it also provides a mean for the housekeeper to convey messages to the front desk such as consumption of minibar items and etc. Facility for management of housekeeping tasks including the ability for housekeeper to produce departure and arrival report to manage and prioritize the room cleaning. Rooms for maintenance can be easily booked in advance so that the rooms will be excluded from the room availability inventory count for the period that it was booked for maintenance.

Audit Trail

A comprehensive audit trail that records all operations performed on the system. This is useful for security management and can easily tracks any entry and exit of doors, records users cutting keys, tracks all financial transactions postings by users including guests checkin, checkout and room moves. All operations are also flagged with an audit state of either Stable or Attention.  A range of search criteria provides easy and flexible useful query of any operations that occur in the system. An audit trail  monitor screen allows security to monitor events at real time.

Device Status

The device status report displays current status of all devices that are used in the key locking system for easy management of the hotel security and doors control. Any physical hardware problems on the key locking system can be easily diagnosed and fixed.
